Late availability

Late availability can be booked up to 5 months before the date. Please contact Manor Hill House for our availability.

For all late availability weddings, the exclusive use charge is reduced by 50%. For example, for a wedding on a Friday in October, the standard rate is £5,900, but with our late availability discount, this price becomes £2,950 giving a saving of almost £3,000.

The cost of food, drink, and all finishing touches purchased through the venue would remain as for all other events and given in the attached brochure.

Late availability weddings are ideal for couples who do not want to wait for their special day and offer great value for money. They are much easier to organise than you might imagine.

The cost of a late availability wedding for 50 whole-day guests including the couple and an additional 30 evening guests for a Saturday in October 2024 starts from £7,930 including VAT.

This price is inclusive of:

• Canapés for 50 day guests
• Drinks package (4 drinks per person) for 50 day guests
• Two-course wedding breakfast for 50 days guests
• Evening food for 80 guests
• Honeymoon suite hire charge
