Late availability

Late availability can be booked up to 5 months before the date. Please contact Manor Hill House for our availability.

For all late availability weddings, the exclusive use charge is reduced by 50%. For example, for a wedding on a Friday in October, the standard rate is £5,900, but with our late availability discount, this price becomes £2,950 giving a saving of almost £3,000.

The cost of food, drink, and all finishing touches purchased through the venue would remain as for all other events and given in the attached brochure.

Late availability weddings are ideal for couples who do not want to wait for their special day and offer great value for money. They are much easier to organise than you might imagine.

The cost of a late availability wedding for 50 whole-day guests including the couple and an additional 30 evening guests for a Saturday in October 2024 starts from £7,930 including VAT.

This price is inclusive of:

• Canapés for 50 day guests
• Drinks package (4 drinks per person) for 50 day guests
• Two-course wedding breakfast for 50 days guests
• Evening food for 80 guests
• Honeymoon suite hire charge

I reminded myself on that day not to be stressed if some things don’t go as planned, but I did not even need to worry with anything as everything went smoothly, this is how organised and hands-on the team is. The whole process from initial enquiry to debriefing post wedding has been exceptional. We had a wedding more fantastic that we could have ever hoped for, and this was definitely due to the fabulous efforts and commitment of the team at Manor Hill House. Particular thanks to Grace (who I had the first meeting with and set the perfect tone for the venue), Ben, Josh, Beth (exceptional photos/videos shared!), Georgia, Chef Phil and Emma, who all were so reliable during every communication in the lead up to the wedding, and on the day. Everyone we liaised with truly went above and beyond to help to curate our perfect day.

Aside from the fantastic team, the venue itself is gorgeous. There are so many fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces here, there is an abundance of ways to carry out your day that the team help to support figuring out.

The venue worked seamlessly with all other vendors. We were truly stress free once we had handed any aspect over to the team.
