If you’re looking for a more relaxed approach, why not consider our sharing roast banquets where a joint of locally sourced meat is placed on each table and carved by a nominated guest as selected by the newlyweds? Alternatively, our sharing platters, such as our BBQ and fish platters, are less formal and enable guests to select what they would like. All these sharing options come with bowls of sides served to the table, to create a homely sharing atmosphere.
Our chefs can also cater to a more bistro-style dining experience. This includes more of your pub favourites, such as locally sourced sausages with cheesy mashed potatoes, minted garden peas, and red onion gravy. We also love to offer a range of cuisines from around the world with dishes including lamb tagine with couscous or Jamaican jerk salmon served with callaloo and fried plantain.
Another of our many food options is our vintage afternoon tea where couples select a variety of finger sandwiches, wraps, and other savoury items followed by a selection of sweets or cakes.
