Kirsty and Lucy’s Intimate Celebration

Some people say when you know, you know. For Kirsty and Lucy, their journey from work colleagues to wives moved with the beautiful pace of a whirlwind romance. After 18 months together, the pair spent just six months planning their perfect summer wedding-proving that when you have a clear vision and the right venue, magic happens fast!

On the 11th of August 2025, surrounded by 70 of their closest friends and family, Kirsty and Lucy said “I do” at the stunning Manor Hill House.

A Stylish Summer Palette

The couple opted for a refreshingly modern Matcha Green colour scheme. This choice brought a calm, organic, and sophisticated vibe to the bright summer day, perfectly complementing the rolling greenery of the Worcestershire countryside.

The Bridal Fashion

Both brides looked breathtaking, each choosing a boutique that helped their individual styles shine:

Lucy found her dream look at Lottie Marie Bridal.
Kirsty chose her attire from Elderberry Brides.

The two looks came together beautifully, framed by gorgeous floral arrangements from Daisy Chain (Kingswinford).

Intimate, Personal, and Heartfelt

Kirsty and Lucy chose Manor Hill House specifically for its intimate atmosphere. They wanted a day that felt scheduled but relaxed, ensuring they could spend quality time with every one of their 68 daytime guests.

The Details That Mattered

The Food: Moving away from traditional wedding fare, the couple served a hearty Roast Dinner-the ultimate comfort food that brought everyone together.
The Cake: In a delicious twist, they opted for a “Cake of Cheese” provided by Manor Hill House, perfect for those who prefer savoury over sweet!
The Favours: Guests were gifted wildflower seeds, a beautiful and sustainable way to remember the day as they bloom in gardens for years to come.

Dancing into the Night

As the sun set, the guest list grew to 100 for the evening reception. The Moonshine Band took to the stage, ensuring the dance floor stayed packed and the energy stayed high. It was the perfect end to a day that Kirsty and Lucy described simply as “perfect.”

From “I Do” to Italy

After the whirlwind of a six-month planning process, the new Mrs. and Mrs. Spencer Reeves jetted off to Italy for a 15-day honeymoon. From pasta to prosecco, it was the ultimate way to toast to their new life together.
