If you are a couple that can’t imagine celebrating your special day without your furry friend then you’re in luck! At Manor Hill House, we are a pet-friendly venue with ample space to accommodate your pet throughout your special day.

Over the years, we have hosted many beautiful weddings with four-legged friends appearing in photographs and even walking the bride down the aisle!

We know that not all dogs will be well-behaved during the wedding and therefore they can become slightly more unpredictable. In order to make things easier, we suggest a dedicated dog handler so you don’t have to worry on your wedding day.

Prior to the big day, you will be able to sit down with our dedicated wedding team to discuss your vision for the day, including how you wish for your pet to participate.

Despite dogs being the most common option for couples, at Manor Hill House, we have our own on-site horse Johan and we have even welcomed couples’ horses. Perhaps a must have photograph if you’re a horse lover and after those truly magical pictures. No matter your vision, our dedicated wedding planners are here to help.

At Manor Hill House, many couples have featured their pooch during the wedding ceremony and throughout their photographs. However, it’s important to consider whether you want your dog to attend the whole wedding or only a small part of the day.

We have ample space indoors and outdoors for your dog to roam freely. However, if you’re looking to only briefly feature your furry friend, it’s important to organise who will bring and drop them off at the venue. Do you have a pet sitter you can rely on for the day? This may be the perfect option to avoid any logistical issues even if your dog is well-behaved.

Pet-Friendly Wedding Venue

Many of our brides and grooms choose to pose with their beloved pup on the day, a photo that is sure to tug at the heartstrings.

However, there are other ways you can incorporate your pet into the day without them attending the venue at all. How about featuring images of your pet throughout the venue with customised stationery, table decor or even as a topper for the wedding cake?
